Tiger and Temple Trails

Day 1: New Delhi Arrival

Meet our representative on your arrival at New Delhi Airport. He will guide you to the hotel. Do check-in formalities and rest of your day at leisure. Enjoy overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: New Delhi Sightseeing

After breakfast proceed for full day city sightseeing tour of New Delhi. Visit to Parliament House, Rashtrapati Bhawan (only from outside), Qutub Minar, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat Lotus Temple, Birla Temple. Later come back to Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3: Delhi – Khajuraho [450 kms] By Flight

After breakfast our representative will transfer you to Delhi Airport to board the flight to Khajuraho. On arrival check in to the hotel.  Later visit the Temples of Khajuraho. Visit Kandariya Mahadeva, Devi Jagadambi, Lakshaman Temple, Parshvanath Temple, Brahma Temple are few of the Easter group of Temples. Most Temples were built during 950 – 1050 Centaury by the Chandela Dynasty. Evening explore the local market at own. Overnight stay.

Day 4: Khajuraho – Panna (45 km)

Morning after breakfast day at leisure. Later drive to Panna National Park. On arrival check in to the hotel. Later do the Afternoon Safari in the Park. Overnight stay at the Resort.

Day 5: Panna – Bandhavgarh

Morning after breakfast drive to Bandhavgarh. Check in to the Resort. After lunch get ready to experience very first jungle safari to Bandhavgarh National Park. Overnight stay at resort.

Day 6: Bandhavgarh

As per plan do the morning and evening game ride in the Bandhavgarh National Park. Overnight stay.

Day 7: Bandhavgarh 

Today enjoy the game ride in National Park in morning and evening time with naturalist. Spend evening in the lap of nature. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 8: Bandhavgarh – Kanha (260 kms)

Enjoy delightful breakfast at hotel. Later our representative will transfer to the airport to board the flight for Jabalpur. On arrival meet with our representative and drive to Kanha National Park. Kanha National Park is one of the finest National Parks of India where people have chance to spotting the Indian Tiger. This National Park came in to the existence in 1974 under Tiger Project. Park is situated within two main valleys, Halon in the east and Banjar in the west. On arrival do the mere check in formalities in hotel. Later in afternoon get ready for Jungle game ride in the park with naturalist. Come back to Resort. Evening spend in the lap of nature. Overnight stay.

Day 9: Kanha National Park

Today get ready to explore the large number of flora and fauna. Apart from Indian Tiger this park is also the abode of Barasingha (Cervus Duvaceli Branderi). Bison, Gaur, Sambhar, Chital, Barking Deer, Black Deer, Chousingha, Nilgai, Mouse Deer, Sloth Bear, Jackal Fox, Hyena, Jungle Cat, Python, Pea Fowl, Monkey, Mongoose, and Leopard are the other animals which you can spot during the Safari. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay.

Day 10: Kanha National Park – Nagpur, 270 km – Delhi [By Flight]

Morning after breakfast check out from the Hotel and drive to Jabalpur. Here board your flight to Delhi. On arrival meet our representative who will transfer you to hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay.

Day 10: Kanha National Park – Nagpur, 270 km – Chennai [By Flight]

Morning after breakfast check out from the Hotel and drive to Jabalpur. Here board your flight to Chennai. On arrival meet our representative who will transfer you to hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay.

Day 11: Chennai

Morning after breakfast, drive you for the full day sightseeing tour of Chennai.  Visit Chennai Museum, Fort St. George, St. Thomas Cathedral, Kapaleeswarar temple. Evening drive you to Visit Marine drive. Evening return back to hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 12: Chennai – Kanchipuram -Mahabalipuram

After breakfast drive you to Mahabalipuram. En-route Visit Kanchpuram. Vist Kalaisanatha Temple. Later drive towards Mahabalipuram. On arrival transfer to hotel. Later drive you for the sightseeing of Mahabalipuram. Mahabalipuram is famous for the seven pagodas. Post breakfast; explore Arjuna penance, Sri Krishna butter ball, cave temples, five Rathas and famous sea shore temple. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 13: Mahabalipuram – Pondicherry [170 Kms]

After breakfast drive you to Pondicherry. On arrival, transfer to the hotel. Later Proceed for a sightseeing of Aurobindo Ashram, Auroville, Paper Industry, Government Museum, Chunambar Boat House – where facilities for boating, canoeing are available. Later in the evening relax in the beach that runs along the city. Overnight at Pondicherry Hotel.

Day 14: Pondicherry – Tanjore

After breakfast drive you to Tanjore. On arrival, check into the hotel. In Tanjore visit big temple dedicated to lord Shiva and big bull, visit Tanjore museum, art gallery, and palace. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 15: Tanjore – Trichy

After breakfast drive you to Trichy. On arrival, transfer to hotel. Later do the sightseeing of Trichy. Trichy witnessed the carnatic wars fought between the French and the English. Lord Robert Clives house is still there to see and so is the Danish church. The rock-fort is the landmark of Trichy. A climb of 434 steps leads to the ancient temple of Ganesha with a stopover at Shiva temple. Visit Amma Mandapam, Srirangam Sri Ranganatha swami temple, rock fort Sri Ganesha temple. Overnight stay.

Day 16: Trichy – Madurai (145 Kms)

After breakfast drive you to Madurai. On arrival, transfer to Hotel. Later Visit the great Meenakshi Amman temple dedicated to the consort of Lord Shiva with its towering Gopuram (rising high above the surrounding country side). Later, Visit the Thirumalai Naik Palace – a gracious building in the Indo Saracen style, famous for the stucco work on its domes & arches. Evening, visit Tiruparankundram rock temple, and try to catch a glimpse of white peacock in the evening time. Overnight stay at Madurai.

Day 17: Madurai (Departure)

After breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive you to Madurai Airport/Train station to board the flight /Train for onward destination.
